What is included with this service?
A Scoops Pick Up technician will come to your house and remove any waste your pet has left behind along with any small trash that is easily accessible.  We will then take the doo with us, and dispose of it properly.  For your yard, pet, and familiy's safety, all of our technicians use a disinfectant spray on our tools and footwear between every clean up.

Why not just let it biodegrade?
Pet waste is a disease bearing toxic pollutant associated with a variety of bacteria, including salmonella, and e coli.  These dangers do not choose which dogs carry them, in fact all dogs doo!  Not only do they carry bacteria, dog feces can carry several parasites such as ringworm, which can lay eggs in the soil and affect anyone who may come in contact with the infected soil.

Do I have to be home every time you come?
No, you do not have to be home when our technicians come to your house, and we do not mind at all if your pet is left outside!  We will remove all waste from your yard, clean our tools, and be on our way.  We will also be sure to secure your gate, fence, or any other exit  before leaving.

How am I billed?
You will receive a monthly bill at the begining of each month.  There are no contracts, however we do offer discoun'ts for customer's who sign up for extended clean up periods.
